Professor Baaken delivers opening keynote at CMO Summit 2015 in Hanover

The 2015 opening key note the CMO Summit 2015 of Heise Medien GmbH in Hanover on 18. June was delivered by Thomas Baaken, Director of the Science Marketing Centre. He presented on „Efficient Multi Touch-Point Management – the Touch-Point Radar”. Today’s marketing and customer management is driven by a multidimensional space of high complexity of opportunities and risks. The Chief Marketing Officers of the wider German ICT-Industry received a comprehensive approach of tools and strategies to manage their own, paid and earned touch points.

Dr. Alfons Schräder, CEO of Heise Media, emphasised the relevance of the topic to the attendees: “A new and essential challenge in today’s marketing and business development particularly in our business”.
